Pros

They have a great schedule where I can work from home certain days since we have an electronic documentation system where we can submit notes online. We get a work phone which allows us to work out of the office and yet be in contact with coworkers.

Cons

Little room for advancement for PTs unlike the many opportunities for nurses to get promoted.

Flexible hours, 4-5 weeks of vacation, decent pay, has 3 retirement savings plans. Good place to park your self and retire. Small it shop in terms of head count for IT department.

Cons

No room to grow. Increasing work pressure. Change in direction coming in 2012 for IT department. May have major sift in IT strategy.
