Some of the people are great people.

Cons

No plan, no guidance, no help, no support, no training, no leadership, no clear goals, very self centered operation set up for employee's not to help each other. Alot of "that is not my job" attitude. When senior management shows up at a location the talk becomes who is getting let go today. Turnover rate is amazing. Very unprofessional work place starting at the top.

Beautiful showroom offering kitchen and bath fixtures with good employee discount

Cons

Showrooms are understaffed, leaving employees stressed and unable to take lunch/breaks during the day. Little to no training despite the massive product knowledge needed to perform job adequately. Poor customer service and difficult, arcaic computer system leaving customers aggravated.
