Beautiful showroom offering kitchen and bath fixtures with good employee discount

Cons

Showrooms are understaffed, leaving employees stressed and unable to take lunch/breaks during the day. Little to no training despite the massive product knowledge needed to perform job adequately. Poor customer service and difficult, arcaic computer system leaving customers aggravated.

Vehicle allowance was solid and untaxed. Competitive on commercial plumbing/ commodity/ PVF. Understood rebates and took advantage to win commercial plumbing bid work.

Cons

Sales manager largely unavailable. Sales didn’t have access to quoting/ estimating tools, but getting a small HVAC quote put the door took several weeks. Since there was very limited bandwidth for estimating, new sales growth suffered in prioritizing only large existing accounts for sr. Reps
