Pros

An amazing company with great leadership and forward looking work culture. Clients love the team and it’s amazing to represent VRIZE in meetings as there is a lot of weight and respect people give to our words. Great learning given the clientele VRIZE boasts, it feel like working for top tier Consulting firm with top notch client base and the growth is staggering which is why the company even before completing 5 years debuted in 2025 Inc 5000 list and that too with a 1320 rank which is not a small achievement. Great prospects in the future.

Cons

The company is built with the principles of being frictionless and to be honest while not everything would be absolute best in processes what amazes me is when it’s brought up, it’s taken care of period.

Pros

The team and managers are incredibly supportive. Regardless of hierarchy, I feel comfortable speaking with anyone in the organization. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We all work from home, which is extremely essential as it saves time that would otherwise be spent traveling to work every day, and it also provides flexibility.

Cons

Things move swiftly around here. You'll need to adapt quickly.
