The company has an unstable hiring policy. Employees are hired and fired frequently, which creates job insecurity. Because of this lack of stability, I would not recommend joining this company.

The organization was doing farely well till 6 months back but things are on a downward trajectory. No notable projects to speak of, existing big-ticket projects ramped down, diminishing employee count and nothing to boast of on the technology front. Add to that, an inefficient HR vertical lacking empathy and ethos, hell-bent on firing even the best of talent who would have otherwise prospered had they joined any other organisation. In short, this is a company which once exuded potential but is fast fading due to the ecosystem of mistrust created by a few individuals.
