Pros

A good place to work. Working on booming technologies. Great minds are leading the teams. Supporting employees in all aspects. Work from home option. Anyone can reach the management people and they do respond. Encouraging innovative ideas.

Cons

No allowances for WIFI, Petrol charges claiming. Employees are not given proper designations.
