Pros

Diverse client mix that throws interesting and complex challenges at us. Not like a traditional "agency" that gets boxed into a channel or a silo, so we do branding, marketing, internal communications, corporate narrative. The range and quality of work is worth getting out of bed every day.

Cons

It's a partner-driven company and there is no doubt they are all smart and worthy, but it can be very hierarchical. Many have been here for most of their careers and are not always open to new or outside perspectives.

- Great place to work without typical advertising egos. - Variety of challenging and inspiring creative projects on highly sought after brands -Endless resources to tap into from extremely knowledgeable and talented folks -Nice work life balance considering the industry standard -Long timelines to dedicate to larger projects -Well respected CEO -Endless supply of Lacroix and snacks (yes!)

Cons

- Organizational structuring within departments. There's a need to define specific mentors and management for employees, which is something that's in the works.

Great views at the office, great snacks, incredible people, non pretentious, incredible clients.

Cons

Very senior driven. I think this is okay for some people because they get a lot of contact with the top dogs but sometimes difficult for others because they don't get as much input. Depends on role.
