Really talented, amazing, and genuinely nice people. You work hard but the work is great. Very strategic. Good vacation time and salary. VSA is making changes in offering more leadership training which is great. Overall this is a great place to work.

Cons

Some growing pains in management organization and desk space. Three-up desks in open space format are rough. No 401K matching. No summer Fridays.
