Pros

Benefits are good. Remote work option is good. Working from home is great when you're constantly crying from exhaustion and yet another 70 hour work week!

Cons

There are zero checks and balances for the Account Directors- aka Client Engagement at VSA. They mishandle accounts, habitually over promise clients, while over working the designers and project managers ACTUALLY doing the work- they never suffer repercussions, they just keep receiving those sweet sweet sales bonuses. More and more good people quit every week, including recent new hires who have quit within weeks of entering this void. Every C Suite person is so completely out of touch, mostly only having worked here for the last 20+ years, that they are useless and could not care less about the health and well being of the mid and low level employees. The higher ups hold town halls that fail to answer any questions asked by us workers in the anonymous surveys, and hence fall flat every time they bother to waste another hour of our week with these farces. Waiting for things to improve and get back to a semblance of 'normal 50+ hour weeks', while witnessing things degrading every day. It's a sad shell of what used to be a fun place to work. I'm tired. I'm ready to sell a kidney so I can afford to leave this place. I miss my friends who keep leaving. I'm tired of training new people on every account I get dumped onto, only to have them quit or be moved to another worse dumpster fire.
