Dear reviewer - is it possible that this is a review for another company called VSC? If so, they are likely eager to hear your feedback but won't since the review is on our page:) A few other things that make it seems less likely that this is a review for us: we do not have any current employees in Richmond, VA nor any positions of Client Service Coordinator. We offer Unlimited PTO and our team works on Apple Airs that are less than 3 years old and we offer upgrades as recommended by Apple.
