      Pros

      The government pays this company, however they do everthing possible to screw their employees.

      Cons

      It is beyond me how the government award any contract to this Co. Middle to upper management are incompetent and care less about the concerns of the employees. We were never introduced to any of the management team. They basically disregarded Union contract and did as they please. Very,very arrogant group of people. If possible try and find somewhere else to work. This IS NOT an employee friendly employer.

      Pros

      Great company to work for as far as-- they try their best to hire internally and keep employees in times of layoff. If you are willing to put in the work and invest into making your skills interchangeable---they are willing to keep you around for a long time. The benefits here are great (401K, medical, dental & vision)

      Cons

      They do not have college tuition reimbursement unless you are part of the ET (which is unfair) and the upper management and ET can do a better job at managing the employees and keeping up company morale. Employees tend to feel overworked and underpaid. I would especially say this is for the workers in the field and the Accounting department. The CEO is not a favorite of the majority. People feel he lacks personality, empathy and a personal relationship with employees. Sometimes a simple Hello goes a long way.

      Pros

      There are a great deal of talented and caring people at this company. Lots of good hardworking veterans that will literally give you the shirt off their back to help out their coworkers.

      Cons

      This is not a good company to work for if you are a woman. The upper management are nearly all men who have little to no concern for current harassment laws. The company generally has no direction and is just buying up other companies to stay afloat.
