      Pros

      HQ seems to genuinely care about it's employees. Doing what's possible to boost morale and ensure employees have whats necessary to do a good job.

      Cons

      This type of management is NOT being trickled down to the satellite offices. Issues are hid by lower managers and all attempts to have the issues resolved are futile. Company as a whole seems to not understand the contract that we are currently working on. The contract should have been reviewed and nitpicked by ALL managers to ensure the job needed to be done would get done.

      Benefits are pretty good. A lot to offer

      Cons

      They overwork you to death and don't reward you for all the extra effort you put in. Favoritism throughout the higher and lower levels are apparent and if you're not a favorite you'll never move up.
