Hello, As part of our former Federal and Defense business, contracts awarded required to have the same terms as the previous contract and the Little Rock, AZ site did unionize, shortly after we won the contract. While we no longer have this contract, we have made huge strides in offering more benefits to our employees. We are committed in fostering a people-first culture which is reflected in our NPS scores, actions taken on the feedback obtained by our employees, and investment in our Employee Resource Groups; empowering our employees in making VSE a great place to work. The company itself is very flexible, the people/management are easy going. Hybrid.

Cons

Benefits could be better. Pay raises are minimal. Hours are all over the place.
