Ability to work on multiple projects and find a niche program if you are able to figure out means by which it can benefit the company. Leadership program is great to prepare the next generation of leaders and challenges people to be the best of themselves. Open door policy makes people feel welcome to share ideas and bring forth any problems. Upward mobility is encouraged to those who are willing to take on the challenges.

Cons

Salaries are competitive however it's important for an employee to voice their desire to be promoted or gain higher compensation (when deserving of course).

Great mid-level management and benefits package. Opportunity to learn and grown if you are willing to take on new responsibilities.

Cons

Gaining or losing government contracts effects overall job security. I left because I was always worried about my job, but LOVED it there during the time I was there.
