      The location isn't bad and the subsidiaries are different from the headquarter "legacy" VSE. Some great people there, but...

      Cons

      Layoffs after promises from management that there wouldn't be anymore. Arrogant CEO who pretty much is driven by his bonus, which he shares with his cronies on his staff. Everyone else is expendable, ignored, and threatened with layoffs almost constantly. Bad management, they are not focused on the VSE legacy, unless it's cutting costs (read people), and are desperate to make their bonuses. Yes, they are bonus focused management.
