      Job is always challenging, team oriented matrix, good salary.

      Defense industry in the tank, so staff has been downsized making support lead times hard to calculate, long hours a must

      Pros

      Has a free gym membership, parking garage with plenty of empty spaces, great people, near the metro, not bad benefits.

      Cons

      The CEO is incompetent, ineffective and lacks empathy. He sees himself as a modern CEO, driven, ambitious, with superior intellect and leadership abilities. He is none of these. He is surrounded by relatively new executive managers who have done nothing to improve the company but instead, have sucked up the legacy and reputation that was there before they arrived, and turned it into bonuses for them. Meanwhile, the direct charge operations folks and supporting staff are constantly threatened with cuts, furloughs, outdated management techniques while they update their resume's and pray an asteroid hits the building..

      The pay was ok , some of my co workers were good to be around.

      Cons

      Layoff , No work, too much rules that most don't follow is you kiss butt.
