      Pros

      With the right manager, work can be enjoyable and interesting Work/Life balance is possible, again with the right manager

      Cons

      Although VSE has program personnel who do a great job of project completion, the company is completely niave and in over its head when it comes to business. It is shifting towards commercial work and frankly doesn't have the personnel with sufficient understanding of business operations to do so. Despite winning some contracts, the long term outlook is poor.

      Some great folks, hard working staff,

      The executive level works towards EPS, not real success. Cutting a job is more for their bonus. They think workers are trying to rip them off. They don't trust the hard working employees, lousy systems, poor people relations.
