On the IT side, most of the people are friendly and professional. There are bottom-up efforts to build comradery that work.

Cons

Migrating to new infrastructure while supporting legacy systems is difficult, especially when migration schedules are unclear and constantly revised. Sometimes the stakeholders do not seem to know what they want or need

Nice folks. decent EA, somewhat forward thinking, good collaboration, good educational reimbursement, ok but shrinking benefits, decent tools, accommodating schedule, mostly competent people.

Cons

Maybe they they buy before they build too often, lateral moves difficult to achieve, teams are often too siloed.
