Its one the best place to work with but there are some issues which cannot be explained

Pros

Good place to work, love to go back. It's like a government Job! He He Hike in every six months. You don't come to office for 10 days with out intimation and no action is taken against you but you should play key role in the project the it will work!

Cons

Only few people will work in the team! rest will enjoy and take credit of it. Management has has to follow 4 eye process. Many people are here from long time so new folks are given least importance and some times not even bothered about them.
