If you can manage to become friends with management and higher ups, you should be fine. plenty of work and hours to go around

Cons

Tight working community to the point where your dating life makes you a target for at work reprisals.... reporting injuries never makes it up the ladder where they will just break your body. My first day management told me to never go to HR
