Good technology and ecom platform / product

Outstanding culture, you feel glad working at VTEX, with teams that work closely together and with a strong sense of commitment and relationship skills. The company also offers benefits for language course reimbursement and an autonomous way of working.

VTEX has an amazing culture which is supported by strong and sincere leadership. The technology is rock solid and some of the talent is the best you'll find in the world. The company has a high level of integrity, standard and transparency to it's employees, partners and clients. You can feel the passion and sense the sincere genuineness from the Co-CEO's and other Sr. Management. I've work at many companies, held numerous executive management level positions and I can say this is one of the best if not best cultures I've been a part of. Employees work hard, collaborate with each other and are proud to be at VTEX. There is very little finger pointing and relatively minor politics compared to organizations of similar size, at least for now. Anybody who can work their way into VTEX should consider themselves fortunate. Like any company, there will be some free loaders here and there, but there are many geniuses within VTEX and it is invigorating to work along side motivative, talented people for a greater cause. Compensation is fair, the leadership treats you like adults and the company is striving towards a high standard to leap frog VTEX to the top of the ecommerce platform landscape.

Autonomy and self-management are keywords. You have a world of possibilities in front of you. A daily task that all of us have to make is choose which one of these possibilities we’ll tackle first and which one we deliberately will not. Words that we hear from our CEO himself are that we will never be able to do 100% of the requirements. Our job is to always think about scalability even in what to do or what to trust that a partner will be able to deliver, always thinking about developing our community as well. Besides that, day to day we work with tasks that you see that are building something bigger. Problems that have no easy or correct answer is what we see everyday. And of course, we work with the latest and biggest technologies of cloud computing (AWS, Kubernetes, etc). For sure today VTEX is the best company of technology to work if you want to learn and develop yourself. A plus is that we work with clients/peers from around the world, with that we learn a lot about how people different than us and with other languages think and interact.
