      Caring tech team but unclear company direction

      Pros

      People in Tech are nice and mostly caring, good atmosphere. Remote work.

      Cons

      Company can’t sell. Top management declared “a future” but hasn’t reversed engineered it so it doesn’t happen. Never understood why a C-level in sales is still there. Bully-ish, doesn’t deliver, poor management. Everybody complains or leaves but top management doesn’t seem to care.
