- Very few talented engineer left - Mature engineering practices & tooling

Cons

- Product team lacking vision, being slowly rebuilt from scratch - Exec team has no idea on how to run an engineering company - Poor and toxic leadership - Massive engineering churn incl. Staff+ and leadership - New hires are well below the hiring bar and overall culture is in decline
