      Pros

      new established company specialized in HVAC. They pay bonus every month if you do good work

      Cons

      being prepared to work hard, if you don't the manager can report you and fire you at anytime with no announcement. they need to change their management as well

      Pros

      VTS has a great teamwork environment lending itself to successfully solving issues during daily workflows. While daily workflow procedures are in place, each and every project in itself is different allowing for critical thinking and high energy, preventing that monotonous routine.

      Cons

      Due to the high pace and changing situations, on occasion it is necessary to work long hours.
