The people I've met at VTS are ones of the best people I've met with. Especially people at IC levels. Worked with some of the most amazing managers.

Cons

Leadership at VTS is bad at leading. Worked with some horrible managers as well. So glad I was not in their teams or being managed by them. Product, design, and engineer at VTS is fun and they're talented as hell but anyone would have issues with the contstant change in the direction from leadership.
