*Smart and friendly coworkers - truly collaborative environment. *A product that is exciting and disrupting an industry - a very bright future ahead! *Really great benefits - unlimited PTO and they mean it! *Wins are felt across the company - not only among your immediate team. *Really dedicated to D&I - our team has made unbelievable strides. * Work hard environment -VTS pushes you - you become a lot stronger in the process, but it can be stressful.

Cons

*Priorities shift quickly - sometimes hard to keep up with it. *Lots of internal hiring & promotions across most teams - but not every team which sometimes is demotivating.

Benefits are awesome. Great work-life balance, healthcare, maternity/paternity policy & culture. Leadership genuinely cares about employees and invests time/money into improving culture & diversity. We have a part-time company psychologist to help employees navigate difficult workplace challenges. Everyone is amazing to work with, inclusive and incredibly smart - we work very hard, and have a lot of fun together!

Cons

No 401k match yet, but all other benefits are very good.
