      Pros

      The best thing about VTS is truly the people. I met some of the best and brightest marketers during my time with this team.

      Cons

      When I first started at VTS, it was a truly amazing place to work. But the past few years were tough, especially for Marketing. The Chaos of an ever-changing product and go to market strategy were deeply felt on this team and led to a large amount of turnover. Then Combine that with the broader impact of large acquisitions and hundreds of new employees right as the market starts trending toward a recession again.
