VTS tends to practice what they preach about collaboration, inclusion, and transparency. You can reach out to the CEO about anything and he'll make to provide you with a helpful response. He's more than willing to give you honest context surrounding the company's history as well as the thinking behind and major decisions of interest. The company values are built from the bottom up, which makes it very easy for us to use them as hiring criteria, on top of our technical bar.

Cons

You're more than likely new to the commercial real estate industry; you'll quickly pick on the jargon as time passes, but we can do better job at on-boarding new hires to PropTech.
