VTS' leadership provides opportunities for their teams to learn and grow. They highly promote internal movement across teams and provide an annual education stipend to each staff member. It is a very collaborative environment where every employee has a chance to make an impact. VTS truly values DEI and has built it into the fabric of its culture. Holds themselves accountable for doing better all the time. Overall a great place to work!

Cons

Fast-moving and changing priorities. If you can't be nimble and deal with some ambiguity from time to time this might not be the place for you.
