A strong culture of winning. The team is laser-focused on the mission of changing the way the commercial real estate industry operates. They also really care about your personal career goals and work diligently to support them.

Cons

Like most start-ups and fast-growing companies, VTS lack the formal training of large Fortune 500's but they are working hard to implement those!

Pros

The environment is great. Everyone just wants to do their best and for the company to grow. Casual dress code and the office likes to have events for the team. Clear direction and vision for the company.

Cons

A lot of departments aren't figured out yet, just because it still is a young company. The satellite offices are wework locations, which I've heard negative reviews over.

Innovative people with a passion to build a strong company and product. It's nice to come to work everyday and feel like I'm surrounded by friends . The people make it fun and engaging.

Cons

Still has a lot of startup struggles but they're easy to work through.
