Really amazing people - almost everyone director level and below were some of the best people I've worked with.

Cons

Everything - they literally want to micro manage every aspect down to what you can spend the supposed benefits on.

Pros

Salary, Canadian employees were a gem. I say 'were' because there are barely any left.

Cons

If you made me choose between working at VTS again or getting into a barrel, setting it on fire, and closing the lid—I’d choose the barrel. Leadership is completely disconnected from the product and continues to make one bad decision after another. It’s gotten so bad that there have been 5.5 rounds of layoffs, and it still doesn’t seem to be enough, as more people are being replaced by external contractors. I’ve also never seen a place with such a high level of customer churn.
