      Pros

      - Education stipend perks - Remote option if you work in product, engineering, or design.

      Cons

      - Incompetent leadership Many leads in the company are not competent. It ties back to the poor leadership of the company. The company generally expects people to live up to the next level of expectation to get promoted. However, so many are promoted to leadership positions without being ready or knowing how to manage or lead a team. - Seniority matters too much I had the experience that designs acted condescendingly and arrogantly toward me because of my years of experience. Working in this environment is just tiring. It does not foster the best outcome because you have to deal with people-issues constantly.

      Pros

      overall most people get along. Product with not many competitors and good traction

      Cons

      With not much pressure, sense of urgency is not there. Pay is below market and lot of the job is monotonous work. Over 30 people have left in the past 3 months, so culture is very different from when first started. Also, lack of career ladder or horizontal movement.

      Start up culture. Most colleagues become friends.

      Zero transparency. Favoritism amongst leadership to mid-level employees. Performance does not matter, personal agendas rule the business.
