I was really impressed during my interview process by the emphasis on team values, inclusion and diversity at the company. By the end of the interviewing process I had 2 other offers from great companies. VTS stood out to me personally because of the strong culture and people-first mentality that was shown to me throughout my interactions with the team and there is a lot of excitement building a Tech Unicorn in the Property space. I can hands down say I made the right decision, it's apparent to me that leadership cares, at least in my team I've felt individuals can bring their whole selves to work, let their guard down and focus on doing great work. The range of benefits are outstanding and it reflects the care in people no matter what stage in life you're at. At the wider level, I see a lot of potential with the growth trajectory as the team continues to build out products and capabilities across various locations, both organically and inorganically.
