Pros

As a hardware engineer, we are expected to have hands-on skills on practically the whole system. So If you don't understand or are unfamiliar with something, you simply go to the more senior guys for help. The R&D side has just under 100 ppl. So everyone knows each other. Ppl are very friendly so you can learn a lot if you want to. If your attitude is above average, you'll get a lot out of it.

Cons

performance review can be more structured. Professional growth can be limited if you don't voice your opinion. However, if you attitude is exceptional, there is no problem there.
