No one cares. There is not one manager that actually cares about the staff

In my short time at this very chaotic and mismanaged company, the average new hire didn't stay past 3 months. Why?? Probably because your bathroom breaks are timed and you will get written up if you are taking an excessive amount of time, more than 3 minutes. Leadership consists of mostly men who seem to thrive on belittling, harassing, insulting, bullying and intimidating women. And if you happen to excel at your job and you are an intelligent, free thinking woman, you are a Target of the insecure and ego driven men. I have never witnessed such an extreme level of employee turnover in my entire professional career. They have zero loyalty to their employees and job security is non existent! If by chance you do get a promotion, it's only because someone quit and they need to fill the position. And with more job duties, do not expect a pay raise. Every single day at Vtrips was a lesson in "how not to treat people". If you want a serious career, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!
