Cons

- Tons of turnover (You know you have problems when Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Guest Services, Property Managers can't keep people longer than a year or two. It's bad when you go through 3+ HR Managers in a year.) - Little/No Training. (Expect to sink or swim) - Unprofessional behavior (Personally witnessed CEO berate employees in a very unprofessional manner)

Pros

The Hilton Head location was on the smaller side so everybody works closely together. The pay is decent.

Cons

It is very busy during peak seasons, so if you cannot keep up, this job is not for you. You can really feel the pressure when a single person is not doing their job or holding their weight. You must be a jack of all trades.
