      Pros

      Working from home, Good Pay. Training is easy and fast to learn. Insurance is offered and 401K. Vacation Pay. Holiday Pay, Sick pay. Work life balance is great.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons. I have been with Vtrips 12 years this May.

      Great support from upper management, empowered to make important decisions and be supported

      I honestly do not have any cons. Any job has aspects that are not the greatest but I have no issue with the company itself.

      Lord of the Flies Corporate Transition

      Nice office location, decent benefits

      Cons

      Inexperienced managers promoted from within based on bullying and micromanagement, manipulation of employees to meet perfunctory numerics, not actual performance or quality of work. Currently undergoing corporate takeover growth period which results in branches becoming "Lord of the Flies" situations where grossly inexperienced managers are suddenly promoted and are creating fiefdoms based on fear. Corporate should replace branch departments with call centers if things don't improve. Bad morale despite lip service to diversity and focus on happiness. Unhappy customers, managers & employees. Surprisingly unprofessional workplace.
