Inexperienced managers promoted from within based on bullying and micromanagement, manipulation of employees to meet perfunctory numerics, not actual performance or quality of work. Currently undergoing corporate takeover growth period which results in branches becoming "Lord of the Flies" situations where grossly inexperienced managers are suddenly promoted and are creating fiefdoms based on fear. Corporate should replace branch departments with call centers if things don't improve. Bad morale despite lip service to diversity and focus on happiness. Unhappy customers, managers & employees. Surprisingly unprofessional workplace.
