      Pros

      The people are great. I really enjoy the people I get to work with. We are a startup that is growing which means there are lots of opportunities for change and iterative improvement without the red tape.

      Cons

      It's a startup that comes with the usual scaling growing pains. If you are looking for a very structured environment where your job is outlined by just your job description this probably isn't the company for you.

      There are some good individuals within the company.

      Cons

      Start-up, highly unorganized, they don’t care about the owners or property, only the income they receive, no training, no support, NO HR department at all, no transparency or accountability to the board members or owners particularly when it comes to rental payouts, no effort put towards a resale program, make promises to employees they don’t keep…….
