      Pros

      There is a variety of work and numerous opportunities to make a meaningful impact. I enjoy the people I work with and find the CEO to be both smart and empathetic. I also believe in the business model and think it is creating something positive.

      Cons

      As with any startup, sometimes there is not always a process for something that would exist in a larger company. Also, the business and the overall market are dynamic. This means more change relative to some other environments I've experienced. It's not necessarily bad, but I see some personality types struggle with it more than others.

      I've been with the company for over a year and enjoy working here. - My direct report is supportive, checks-in, and gives guidance - They give me the tools I need to do my job - The company is results oriented with relatively flexible work hours

      Cons

      No issues within my first year!
