Pros

PTO, health insurance after 90days,

Cons

Terribly toxic, “mean girl” group of longtime managers. They will hire, fire, rehire the same terrible people over and over again. Micromanaging, manipulative, and condescending. Sometimes hostile and always fake work environment. It was great at first, but then I learned a very valuable lesson: if you think they don’t like you, they don’t. If you think they’re talking bad about you, they are. If you think they’re talking are intentionally holding you back, they are — ZERO upward mobility.

Pros

The positive aspect was working with a supportive team where everyone was willing to help and uplift each other.

Cons

The downsides were that the work environment felt heavily micro-managed, and there was a shift in the compensation structure. Additionally, the company culture wasn't as positive as I had hoped.
