Decent compensation, Flexible scheduling , Room for growth, they appreciate their employees, goal oriented

Cons

They reward employees with free food and plenty of snacks can be bad when your on a diet! But I'm not complaining!!!

Pros

The environment at Vacation Innovations is very positive and the people are great. I just started working for the company about a month ago and everyone is very supportive and wants you to succeed. If I ever need help with anything I know I can go to anyone and they would be willing to help or give advice.

Cons

I fortunately have not experienced anything negative since I started working here!
