Pros

I was recently given an opportunity to work for V.I. and it has proved to be an amazing company. From day one I was received with kindness and smiles in what clearly seems to be a positive work environment. I felt very welcome and was well introduced which felt great. Employees seem to be highly acknowledged and kindly rewarded for their achievements. Because of this the company morale seems great. Definitely a Fun and professional place to work with great options for growth.

Cons

Nothing bad to say... They seem great with company events and activities but more employee perks like restaurant/hotel discounts for us to use outside of work would be grrreat. Oh and Gym access for us would be nice. :)

Pros

Love working here! It's the best job I've ever had in my life. HR always is doing fun celebrations throughout the year and it makes for a positive work environment. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

No cons that I can think of, you do however have to be a go getter and want to be successful to succeed
