Pros

A great company to work for if you wish to start a career in the timeshare industry. Vacation Innovation's leadership makes an honest effort to ensure sure the staff are taken care of and feel appreciated on a regular basis. Sales professionals that work hard can really make an impact within the company and quickly move up the ranks. You are able to transition easily within the company to different departments and change focus, provided the opportunities are available within; contributing to relatively low turnover rate.

Cons

Outside of sales positions, opportunities for growth within the company are limited.

Pros

Great environment, Friendly Management and Excellent Training. This isn't a job, its a career. Everyone is supportive and if you show passion and a willingness to learn, your management will back you up 100%. Flexible with work schedule.

Cons

Wish I could work from home some days if possible.

Vacation Innovations offers great benefits and many opportunities for growth to anyone who is willing to work hard and desires to learn new skills. I have worked for this organization for over five years and continue to learn industry specific data and enhance my professional skills.

Cons

Parking is always a challenge for mid-shift employees. I would like to see a decal employee based parking system.
