Pros

Fantastic work environment, relaxed dress code and plenty of perks. If one works when they are here, making a good living is easy. All hot inbound leads and plenty of vacation time. Bonuses are great. Work and earn.

Cons

One starts on a weekend schedule and gets moved by tenure or by becoming an All-Star. Basically it's a commitment to work and earn one's keep. Not a bad thing however weekend schedules tend to turn people off. I like a weekend schedule so it's not all bad.

Pros

Vacations To Go is an honest and fair company to both their customers and employees. Supportive management with open door policy makes it easy to share ideas. Plenty of opportunities are offered for anyone wanting to move up in the company from any starting position. You will have opportunities to speak with some amazing customers and share in their travel experiences and in the best-case scenario, get to know their friends and families.

Cons

You have the same obstacles as in any sales/customer service industry. To be successful it requires putting in the hours to make sales and provide excellent customer service. Those who are willing to do this will find themselves very successful.

Pros

VTG has made my move to Houston worth while, as well as, more comfortable. Since I've been here I've seen the company grow by leaps and bounds. Management is constantly implementing improvements to help boost employee morale which in turns creates a more enjoyable booking experience for our customers. Training is great, leads are plentiful and advancement is possible. Not to forget the awesome vacations we are able to take. I have seen first hand that if you follow the process they lay out for every employee, in regards to closing leads, you can be successful. Couldn't have wished for a better place of employment!

Cons

My only wish is that I could take more trips during the year.
