Pros

Laid back work environment, consistent training, different shift flexibility, free cruises.

Cons

Since last year, VTG sold a dream. It was a lie. The call volume for wave season was not what they told us it was going to be. Also, people are not making money unless they are in Resorts, Groups or Rivers department. Really Rivers. But no one gets recruited to Rivers unless someone dies. Literally, people dont leave that position due to the lucrativeness.
