Pros

Full commission with no caps lets you decide your own earning level based on your schedule.

Cons

Full commission so during slower months there is no safety net. Hard for people who have never worked this type of job.

Pros

if you handle your clients well than you can do things your way. the money is not bad compared to other sales jobs, plus no cold calling.

Cons

management could not care less about you, your family, or your happiness. you are expendable 100%. upper management will not listen to any idea unless you agree with them, if your ideas are different, than you are wrong. hours are rough, and will be for you first 3+ yrs. the company is very "clickish" in a jr high sort of way, especially when it comes to upper management
