Pros

The colleagues are the only thing that could be considered a Pro.

Cons

Working as a vendor for Google, we have very limited access to everything. Everything is made difficult for TVCs at Google, specially for Vendors. The only thing we get is a second hand Chromebook, unless you’re lucky and they’re out of inventory, you might get a new one. No computer monitors, can’t even get a 5 dollars mouse. You’ll provably have to buy then yourself, or a pass down from someone.

Pros

They have no clue what your job is so it's low pressure

Cons

No career progression No salary review after 3+ years Snr Ldrship lie to your face about EU / UK Employment law eg threatening to fire team members for living outside the M25 for a national team Unprofessional and inefficient systems - it takes 15+ minutes to submit an expenses claim Unethical practices - They amend grievance meeting notes to suit their goals

Pros

- Takes a chance on young up and coming professionals just out of university - weekly training sessions and one-on-ones to address and develop individuals - Tons of resources available to be successful in your role - High volume of work allows you to develop your time management skills - Great co-workers, everyone gets along well

Cons

- Low base salary in comparison to the market, and low vacation time - Some managers are not as responsive as others, and can come across as arrogant and unhelpful -Repetitive work everyday - keep track of how many calls you make throughout the day makes it feel micro-managed - Not the best work life balance - told if you don't work overtime (which you don't get paid for) you won't be able to make a lot of money and sometimes get made to feel guilty when you don't due to other obligations outside of work.
