      Pros

      Searching for a job has to be one of the top 5 most challenging tasks to accomplish. I had been in search for a job for 4 months because I wasn't able to find a job that best suited me. VACO made things so simple, easy and strengthened my confidence that had been demolished by numerous rejections. I couldn't give VACO a great review without mentioning how great my recruiter, Kimberly Carroll, is. She is an extraordinary person who genuinely cares about your best interest. It took one job placement and I couldn't have asked for a better job placement. I love the company I currently work for including the pay, benefits and so much more. Without Kim I wouldn't have found such a perfect fit for both me and the company. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you!

      The con is everyone doesn't know about this terrific company.

      Contract Assignment at the Orange County Location

      Pros

      Majority of staff are friendly/outgoing. Most of the upper management is professional and courteous (with the exception of one).

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations from the managing partner. Minimal training provided while learning two positions since location was majorly understaffed. Not given a chance to truly learn both roles before being let go.
