      Pros

      fun environment, good team, you can learn a lot depending on how much you put into it. Overall it's a pretty chill job. It's a great job to have on your resume if you're looking for other opportunities.

      Cons

      Not a lot of growth opportunities. Erratic schedule 99% of the time.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Holly and Clif in the Louisville, KY office gave me confidence I didn't know I had in me. They made me feel like I was their only client in that took so much time to reinvent my resume, ask me the right questions about what I thought my ideal job should be like and the list goes on and on. A great place to work!!

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons at all. Seriously, the Louisville, KY office was courteous and fast at getting me work and I have no cons.

      Pros

      I've worked with Vaco for a short time, but the level of service with Holly has been phenomenal. She is so prompt in responses and always encouraging. It definitely makes you want to work with them! I highly recommend anyone looking for a job to contact Vaco - they will take great care of you!
