      Pros

      They are Very fast in response and in finding you a potential job. Will review your resumes to make sure they are up to par.

      Cons

      I really haven't experienced anything negative. I wasn't a temp very long before becoming a permanent employee with the company they matched me with.

      Pros

      Vaco listened to my wants, needs, and experience and placed me in the perfect position! I have 12 years experience with the software I'm working on, so the training was very smooth. The staff at Vaco is awesome. They work well together as a team to find you the best job, in the best location.

      Cons

      I haven't found any cons, although I had to adjust from weekly pay to bi-weekly pay.

      Pros

      Work with a fantastic team (co-workers) and at Google so we have some advantages (free food - free gym -usage of the Gbuses and bus "ticket" is cheap)

      Cons

      there is little to no communication - management does not even acknowledge your presence most of the time - career opportunities are basically not there and pay and raise are low
